Most of our enquiries are received through our phone lines, emails and social media and answered by our Customer Services team. They can deal with most of your day to day service needs and are always the best place to start.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM

Where more support is needed, our Customer Support Team of Area Officers can help you with all tenancy related matters such as lettings, anti-social behaviour etc.

MONEY SOLUTIONS TEAM

Our Money Solutions team can help you with paying your rent, rent arrears, benefits and budgeting.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Our Community Development Team help customers improve the communities they live in, provide some specialist support services and engage with customers asking ‘what matters to you?’ along with organising events and activities.

 

INDEPENDENT LIVING TEAM

Our Independent Living team offer specific older person support in our Independent Living schemes and in the community. 

MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS TEAM

Where you require property maintenance and repairs, we have a trade team consisting of professionally qualified carpenters, plumbers/heating engineers, electricians and other trades.
