Our homes are built to the Welsh Government’s Development Quality Requirements which incorporate the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and Secured by Design – all part of Lifetime Homes.
Swn y Mor, St Davids -Area 3
Swn y Mor, St Davids, will consist of 38 affordable new homes for rent. Named after one of the RNLI lifeboats stationed in the city which saw service between 1936 – 1963 and saved 108 lives. It is expected that these homes will be available in the Summer of 2021. A promise was given to the local community that when these new homes are first let, priority would be given to people who need a home from within the local community. Our local letting scheme delivers this promise, giving priority to those living in St Davids and Cathedral Close, Solva and the Parish of Llanrhian. We pride ourselves on working with the local community when planning our developments and can’t wait to see these homes let.
