We’re inviting all our customers to share their views and experiences by taking part in an important survey about your home and life as a social housing tenant.

The Welsh Government wants to find out how well the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023 (WHQS 2023) is working. This standard is designed to make sure that social homes across Wales are safe, warm, comfortable, and high quality — now and for the future.

Why your voice matters

Your views will help shape the future of social housing in Wales. By completing the survey, you’ll help the Welsh Government understand:

• How the condition of your home impacts your day-to-day life.
• How you feel about any improvements that have been made.
• What’s working well and where things could be better.

Survey details

• 📝 The survey is completely anonymous and does not collect personal information.
• ⏱️ It takes no more than 15 minutes to complete.
• 📅 You have until 31 October 2025 at 23:59 to share your views.
• 🎁 At the end, you’ll have the option to register your interest in taking part in a follow-up interview or focus group. If selected, you’ll receive a £10 voucher as a thank you.
