Paying Your Rent
We offer a number of ways to pay your rent and our customer services team are on hand to offer advice and help if you need it.
This is the easiest way to pay and offers you the greatest amount of flexibility. We can set up a Direct Debit for any day that you request.
Over The Phone
Please call 0330 041 6497 and have your 19 digit payment reference number from your ateb payment card available, this line is an automated service and is available 24/7.
If you do not have your payment reference number to hand please contact the office on 01437 763688 and we can help you with this.
Pay using the AllPay App
Download the allpay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and set up your account. You will need to ‘add an account’ using your 19 digit payment reference number and a payment method.
You can then pay your rent, council tax and other bills quickly, at your convenience.
Pay over the counter at any PayPoint convenience store or Post Office
You can use your rent card at any branch of the Post Office, throughout the UK, or any convenience store displaying the PayPoint logo.

Paying At The Bank
You can use your Paying in Book at any Barclays Bank branch.
If you need a new Paying in Book, send us an email email@example.com or give us a call.
Pay Cash/Card At Our Office
Our reception is closed at present until further notice due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
