We’re pleased to announce the completion of four new affordable homes in Simpsons Cross, acquired by ateb as part of a wider private development delivered by CAEN Pembrokeshire Ltd.

These high-quality flats have been secured through a Section 106 planning agreement and will be made available for social rent, helping to meet local housing need and offering customers the chance to live in a peaceful, rural West Wales community.

At ateb, we value the opportunity to purchase Section 106 homes because it helps diversify our housing stock. It allows us to offer more social homes in different parts of the county, including on new developments that bring a mix of communities together.
