ateb will welcome its first three customers into new affordable homes at Nant Y Dderwen, Saundersfoot before Christmas, as the first completed properties are handed over by Morgan Construction Wales.

Nant Y Dderwen is a private, mixed-tenure development, and these bungalows represent the first portion of nineteen affordable housing being delivered to ateb as part of the scheme.

The initial handover includes:

• 2 x one-bedroom semi-detached bungalows
• 1 x two-bedroom detached bungalow

The properties are designed to provide safe, modern and energy-efficient homes for people in housing need in Pembrokeshire.

Nick, Development Project Manager at ateb, said:

These homes mark the beginning of the affordable housing delivery at the site, with further properties to follow as construction progresses.
