Just before Christmas we were delighted to spread a little festive cheer by gifting hampers to five customers who took part in our recent customer questionnaire.

The prize draw was our way of saying thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and experiences with us. Your feedback really does make a difference and has directly helped shape our General Customer Feedback 2025 document.

By listening to what customers told us, ateb has gained a clearer picture of what we’re doing well and where we can keep improving. This insight helps us focus on what matters most and continue delivering services that put customers at the heart of everything we do.
