Equality Diversity and Inclusion at ateb Group Pembrokeshire: Future Plans

We’re inviting customers, colleagues and partners to join our next Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Action Group meeting on:

📅 Thursday 12th June 2025
🕑 2:00 to 4:00pm
📍 Queens Hall, Narberth

This group brings together people from across our communities to shape ateb’s direction, challenge our thinking and make sure our approach reflects the diverse needs of those we serve.

As we approach the two-year anniversary of the group, this meeting will be a great chance to reflect on our journey so far and plan for the future. The session will focus on:

Celebrating our impact and achievements since the group launched
Learning from our experiences and identifying ways we can improve
Reviewing our ED&I Commitment Document and Delivery Plan
Setting priorities for the year ahead

We know that improving our services and effectiveness depends on involving the people who use them. Whether you’ve joined us before or are thinking about coming for the first time, your voice matters. Everyone’s insights help make sure our services are inclusive, welcoming and truly reflect the communities we work with.
