Letterston 

We are building 26 new homes near Parc Maen Hir in Letterston. We hope to complete these in Spring 2026.

The new homes will consist of:

• 4 x 1 bedroom flats
• 8 x 2 bedroom houses
• 2 x 3 bedroom houses
• 4 x 1 bedroom bungalows
• 8 x 2 bedroom bungalows

Nant Y Dderwen, Saundersfoot

We are building 19 new homes in Nant Y Dderwen, Saundersfoot, with a mixture of apartments, bungalows, and houses. They will incorporate Modern Methods of Construction, be fully electric to meet decarbonisation goals, and achieve an Energy Performance rating of ‘A,’ helping to reduce running costs for our customers.

The new homes will consist of:

• 8 x 1 bedroom flats
• 2 x 2 bedroom bungalows
• 1 x 3 bedroom bungalow
• 6 x 2 bedroom houses
• 2 x 3 bedroom houses

The 19 much-needed homes are expected to be completed in the Spring of 2026 and will be allocated using ateb’s Local Lettings and Local Worker schemes.

Boundary View & West Merrion Drive, Pembroke Dock

We are building 100 new homes in this exciting new development over the next 4 years.

The new homes will consist of:

• 24 x 1 bedroom flats
• 8 x 1 bed bungalows
• 12 x 2 bed bungalows
• 44 x 2 bedroom houses
• 6 x 3 bedroom houses
• 4 x 4 bedroom houses
• 2 x 4 bedroom adapted bungalows

The site is being built in seven phases with more than half of the phases completed and occupied with ateb customers. The development is expected to be fully completed in 2027.

• 12 x 1 bedroom houses
• 4 x 2 bedroom houses
• 15 x 3 bedroom houses
• 4 x 4 bedroom houses

Future Developments

We are progressing developments in the following locations.

• Lamphey – Planning application submitted.
• Solva CLT- Planning application approved.
• Milford Haven – Planning application submitted.

We also work with Community land trusts – or CLTs – these are democratic, non profit organisations that own and develop land for the benefit of the community.
