You’re Invited – Join the Conversation
Come along and be part of an engaging and interactive session where your voice truly matters.
We’ll start by exploring the journey of our retrofit programme—looking back at the improvements already made to homes, the benefits experienced by customers, and what lies ahead. There’ll be a chance to ask questions and share your thoughts.
You’ll also hear about our new Customer Committee—what it is, what it does, and how it represents you. Then it’s over to you: take part in small group workshops to discuss what matters most and help shape the committee’s priorities for the year ahead.
We’ll wrap up by sharing key themes and ideas from the discussions, bringing everyone’s input together.
Enjoy light refreshments during the session, followed by a buffet at about 5pm.
For those that can’t make the afternoon session, we have a relaxed, informal drop-in after 5pm, perfect if you prefer to join later or just want to chat in a more casual setting.
