Introducing our new Executive Director for Development & Assets

We’re really pleased to welcome Adam Roberts to ateb as our new Executive Director for Development & Assets. Adam joins us from Codi Group, where he has been acting as Head of Development. He brings with him a wealth of experience that will help us continue to create better living solutions across West Wales.

This new directorate will play a key role in shaping our homes and communities. From building high-quality new homes across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, to continuing to invest in our existing homes, the focus is clear – homes that are affordable to run, high in quality, and better for the planet.

A big part of this work will include developing a clear ‘core ateb property specification’, using the right data and insight, and strengthening how our teams work together to make sure every investment delivers the best outcomes for our customers.
