This week, we’re proud to be supporting PATCH – Pembrokeshire Action to Combat Hardship by helping deliver their Christmas toy parcels to families across Pembrokeshire. 

Our digital support van Dot.e is out on the road visiting homes and spreading a little festive cheer, helping ensure children and families receive a gift at what can be a particularly challenging time of year. While Dot.e usually supports customers with digital access and advice, it’s great to see her being used in a different way to support our communities. 

We work closely with PATCH throughout the year, and they provide vital support to many of our customers through food parcels, practical help and reassurance when it’s needed most. Being able to give something back and support such an important local cause means a great deal to us. 

We share many values with PATCH, but none more so than our shared purpose of creating better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales – making it especially meaningful to support them and this fantastic cause. 

If you spot Dot.e while she’s out and about this week, be sure to give Andrew our Community Welfare Coordinator a wave – he’ll be helping deliver the parcels.
