100 new homes completed at Boundary View, Pembroke Dock

ateb Group’s development team has officially handed over the final 20 homes at its Boundary View / West Merrion Drive site in Pembroke Dock, bringing Phase 3 to a close and completing the full development, which launched in Spring 2022.

The completed homes in this last phase include 4 bungalows, 8 flats, and 8 houses, helping to bring the total in the development to 100 new homes, all built to Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS).

The scheme delivers a wide range of housing types – from one-bedroom flats, adapted bungalows and family homes – designed to meet the local housing need in the area.
