Please remember that our out-of-hours Emergency Repairs service will deal only with repair issues that pose an immediate or significant risk with an assessed likelihood of imminent harm to you or your household members. This includes things like:

• Significant damage to your home as a result of an incident e.g. burst pipes, fire, collision etc.
• Blocked drains.
• Excess cold due to no heating.
• Security of your home has been compromised.
• Total loss of electric.
• Serious storm damage.

When you need to report an emergency repair out of normal working hours, your call will be handled professionally by a company called Galw Gofal, on behalf of ateb Group.
