Direct Debit outage to cause slight delay to some payments this week.

Due to a global issue beyond our control, direct debits due on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th March will now be taken on Monday 10th March instead. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

This issue only affects a small number of customers (less than 10%), but if you’re worried about paying your rent, please speak to your Housing Coordinator as soon as possible – we’re here to help. 💙
