If you live near the VC Gallery in Pembroke Dock, there’s a great opportunity to enjoy some free, freshly cooked, healthy food and connect with others in your community.

VC Gallery will be hosting free weekly community healthy meals every Wednesday for six weeks, starting from 1st April 2026.

This is a relaxed, drop-in session, so you can come along whenever suits you.

The sessions are part of a training project supported by Tesco and VC Gallery, helping people build skills while supporting the local community.

There’s also an opportunity to find out more about Level 2 Food Hygiene training if that’s something you’re interested in.

Local connection

You may recognise James Silbers from Silbers CIC, who has been working with one of our customers at Boundary View after they secured ateb Trust funding for a new community noticeboard. It’s great to see that partnership continuing to benefit the wider community.
