2020 vision, help us to see clearly?

Welcome to 2020! This year looks as busy as the last as we continue to build on the improvements we made last year. Probably the most significant investment we will make this year is a new customer software system. From your feedback, we know that we need to be sharper at getting information to you and this is where the new software will help. Using a Microsoft product called ‘Dynamics’ we will be able to offer a far greater level of service to you via our digital and telephone services as well as better improving the links between our repairs teams and your appointment needs. The customer forum will help us test the new systems and we will keep everyone updated on how things are going.

e2i has been a big success in focusing on the areas and issues we need to improve but we can’t stop now! If it matters to you, it matters to us … by engaging with us you are helping us to better understand what really matters to you with your home, your community and the services you may need, this then helps us to deliver the services you want when you want them.

We started a discussion at last year’s Big Customer Event on rent affordability and will launch a new affordable rent policy early this year, one year ahead of the Welsh Government’s expectations. We will also be signing up to the Welsh Government’s pledge to end eviction into homelessness and committing to a new initiative aimed at better understanding the impact our homes make on the environment.

If all that’s not enough we will, of course, continue to build great new homes, deliver quality repairs, support you with problems and generally aim to be the best we can.
