Paying Your Rent
We offer a number of ways to pay your rent and our customer services team are on hand to offer advice and help if you need it.
This is the easiest way to pay and offers you the greatest amount of flexibility. We can set up a Direct Debit for any day that you request.

Pay Cash/Card At Our Office
Our reception staff are on hand to receive payments during office opening hours.
Over The Phone
Please call 0800 854568 and select option 1.
Pay At The Post Office
You can use your rent card at any branch of the Post Office, throughout the UK. If you need a new rent card, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Paying At The Bank
You can use your Paying in Book at any Barclays Bank branch. If you need a new Paying in Book, please email email@example.com
