How To Pay Your Rent

Did you know you can manage your rent account online?

You can now view your rent account information, report a repair and check your repairs progress online, from any device!

You will need to apply for an online account before you can access this information. If you already have an online account, you can log in now.

Paying Your Rent

We offer a number of ways to pay your rent and our customer services team are on hand to offer advice and help if you need it.

Direct Debit

This is the easiest way to pay and offers you the greatest amount of flexibility. We can set up a direct debit for any day that you request.

To set up a Direct Debit, please complete our  Direct Debit Form and our  Direct Debit Mandate Form and send it back to rent@atebgroup.co.uk

Pay Online

Click here to pay your rent online.

Pay Cash/Card At Our Office

Our reception staff are on hand to receive payments during office opening hours.

Over The Phone

Please call 0800 854568 and select option 1.

Pay At The Post Office

You can use your rent card at any branch of the Post Office, throughout the UK. If you need a new rent card, please email rent@atebgroup.co.uk

Paying At The Bank

You can use your Paying in Book at any Barclays Bank branch. If you need a new Paying in Book, please email rent@atebgroup.co.uk
