Pre-planning Consultation – Land to the South of Parc Maen Hir, Letterston.

Residential development is proposed on Land South of Parc Maen Hir, Station Road, Letterston. The proposal is for 26 affordable homes comprising a mix of houses, bungalows and apartments.  The site would be accessed from the existing Parc Maen Hir development off Station Road.

On 1st August 2016, the Welsh Government introduced a statutory requirement for all applicants to undertake Pre-Application Consultation with the public on all major planning applications in Wales.  ateb Group Ltd. is therefore making the contents of the Draft Planning Application available electronically via this webpage for public consultation. A copy of the formal Site Notice can be found here.
